Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system. a card will be held on file only to ensure any late cancelation or missed appointments are not lost. Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your session may be considered a no show or be shortened to avoid impacting the next client, and the full session fee still applies to late arrivals and no shows. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule online up to {24 hours} before your session. Cancellations or reschedules within {24 hours} of the start time will still be asked for a payment of 50% of the session cost. No-shows may be charged 100% of the session fee to promote good lines of communication when things come up and need adjusting.
