Hours of operation are Thursday through Monday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Exceptions to that would require contacting me directly with requests for times outside my regular business hours. I recommend scheduling appointments in advance to ensure availability and allow time for personalized ritual care focused on deep rest, release, and reconnection.

In such cases, I offer the option to reschedule your session at a convenient time without any cancellation fees. A: It is best to avoid heavy meals immediately before your appointment to ensure comfort during your massage and energy work sessions. A light snack is acceptable if needed. It is recommended to drink water both before and after your session to stay hydrated and help with toxin release and muscle recovery. If you need to use the restroom at any point during your treatment, simply inform me, and I will gladly accommodate a brief pause to ensure your comfort without interrupting the flow of your session. I have a robe on hand that can be worn to and from the facilities.

We always discuss your preferences beforehand and can omit fragrances or incense entirely if needed. A: I can understand that sometimes life happens and you might arrive late for your massage or healing session. If you arrive late, please know that your session time may be shortened to ensure the next client’s appointment remains on schedule, as we honor the sacred space and timing for each person. To make the most of your experience, I recommend contacting me as soon as possible if you anticipate being late. Our goal is to provide you with deep rest, release, and reconnection in every moment we have together, so arriving on time helps us create that full, nurturing experience you're seeking. If you are 15 minutes or more late to an appointment, it is considered a no show, and you will be required to pay 60% of the session cost before you are able to make another appointment. Failure to adhere to the policy may result in termination as a client.
