The 8th Annual Ecstatic Dance Immersion is nearly here, and I’m so honored to return for my 6th year attending and 5th year offering one of my favorite little side quests of the weekend.

Throughout the immersion, I’ll be guiding gentle sound bath journeys while we soak together in the outdoor mineral pools — a soft and restorative pause woven between the many vibrant offerings of the weekend. A chance to rest, float, breathe deeply, and let the body soften into warmth, resonance, and stillness.
