Applications for this year’s Medicina Campout are officially open, and I’m so honored to be returning as part of this intimate weekend of connection, restoration, and intentional gathering.

Nestled outdoors in a beautiful natural setting, Medicina is a carefully curated container of roughly 300 people — a weekend devoted to presence, community, movement, music, and deeply nourishing offerings designed to invite reconnection with self and one another.

This year, I’ll be offering bodywork sessions throughout the weekend, four dedicated hours on two separate days — creating a soft place to land, reset, and receive amidst all the beauty and magic of camp. These sessions tend to fill quickly, so if receiving intentional therapeutic touch is calling to you, I highly encourage signing up early once registration opens onsite.
