About the Practice

Lunara's traveling sound journeys bring guided meditation, immersive sound, and intentional rest into gatherings throughout the community. Each experience is thoughtfully shaped around the space and the people gathering within it. We'll begin with a guided meditation to help participants arrive in their bodies and settle into the experience, followed by an immersive sound bath and a gentle grounding close. These journeys can be offered as a quiet centerpiece to your gathering or woven into a larger event as a moment for everyone to slow down, reconnect, and simply receive. Investment Starting at $250 Includes up to 10 participants within the Eugene/Springfield area. Additional participants: $10 each For larger gatherings, extended experiences, significant travel, or events requiring additional preparation or equipment, a custom quote will be provided. Travel outside the local service area may require an additional fee.
